Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ReasyPort platform — including the website, application, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. Your continued use of any part of ReasyPort constitutes full and ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

If you are accessing ReasyPort on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that the entity accepts them in full.

ReasyPort is a research project operated by Francesco Monterosso (Italy), as an individual provider. For legal notices, contact legal@reasyport.com.

ReasyPort is a premium reading and research platform that provides structured company and market reports, drawing from primary sources including regulatory filings, financial data services, and official corporate disclosures. The platform is designed to help users understand businesses more clearly through a structured, tiered reading experience.

ReasyPort is a reading and informational product. It is not a financial data terminal, a trading platform, a screener, or an advisory service. Nothing on the platform replaces professional research, qualified financial advice, or independent due diligence.

ReasyPort's services, features, covered companies, report availability, and pricing may evolve over time. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

To access certain features of ReasyPort, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify ReasyPort promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the platform. ReasyPort reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate access where information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

ReasyPort grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for lawful personal or professional informational purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the platform to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content, report, or material from the platform without explicit prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, data-mine, or programmatically extract any content, data, or report material from the platform by automated means.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or access proprietary systems.
• Share, transfer, or sell account credentials, or grant third parties access to restricted content through your account.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or any content intended to disrupt or damage the platform or its users.
• Impersonate any person, entity, or ReasyPort itself, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the infrastructure, servers, or networks supporting the platform.

Any unauthorised use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and may give rise to legal liability under applicable law.

The Service is currently provided free of charge: no payment is required to access it. If paid access is introduced in the future, the applicable billing, renewal, and statutory consumer terms will be presented clearly before any purchase. The provisions below on pricing and billing describe how any such future paid access would work and do not create any present payment obligation.

ReasyPort provides a single report experience. Published reports are currently available to registered users as part of the standard platform experience.

Included features and content availability may evolve over time. ReasyPort does not guarantee that every report or feature is available for every covered company or market at any given time.

If ReasyPort introduces or expands premium access, pricing and included features may change over time. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated before taking effect.

Any premium or restricted access is personal, non-transferable, and remains subject to these Terms throughout the applicable access period.

If ReasyPort offers premium or restricted paid access, pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be shown clearly at checkout or in the relevant account area before any purchase is completed.

All fees will be displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and will be clearly indicated before purchase confirmation.

Any future premium access may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase or within the account area. Unless required by applicable consumer protection law, ReasyPort does not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time within an active paid period.

ReasyPort reserves the right to modify future premium pricing at any time. Existing paying users will be notified before any price changes take effect. Continued use of that premium access after the applicable date constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

ReasyPort does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to premium features. Temporary service unavailability does not entitle users to refunds or credits, unless otherwise required by law or expressly offered by ReasyPort.

All content on the ReasyPort platform — including but not limited to report structure and text, design, layout, branding, graphics, interface elements, and underlying technology — is the property of ReasyPort or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and related laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your use of the platform does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content, beyond the limited personal informational use permitted under these Terms.

Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written authorisation from the relevant owner.

ReasyPort's reports and content draw on third-party data providers, regulatory filings, financial data services, and external public sources. These include — but are not limited to — SEC EDGAR filings, Alpha Vantage, and publicly available data from macroeconomic and governmental institutions.

While we source data responsibly and aim to present it accurately, ReasyPort cannot guarantee the completeness, timeliness, accuracy, or continued availability of information obtained from third-party sources. Third-party data is provided as-is, and ReasyPort accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or delays originating from those sources.

The platform may integrate third-party services for authentication, payment processing, analytics, or other operational functions. Your use of those services is governed by the respective third party's own terms and privacy policies, which are entirely independent of these Terms.

ReasyPort is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of any third-party services, data sources, or external websites linked to or from the platform.

ReasyPort is an informational and educational platform. Nothing on the platform — including any report, analysis, summary, commentary, data presentation, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice of any kind.

No content on ReasyPort should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, financial instrument, or asset. The coverage of any company, sector, or market on the platform does not constitute an endorsement, evaluation, or recommendation of that company, sector, or market.

All users are solely and entirely responsible for their own independent research, analysis, judgment, and financial decisions. ReasyPort makes no representation that any information on the platform is suitable for your specific financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or tax position.

Before making any investment or financial decision, you should consult a qualified and duly licensed financial adviser, legal counsel, or tax professional.

The ReasyPort platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ReasyPort does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times, continuously, or free from interruption or error.
• Any content, data, or report material is complete, accurate, current, or free from technical or editorial errors.
• Any defects, bugs, or security vulnerabilities will be identified or corrected promptly.
• The platform or its servers are free from viruses, malicious code, or unauthorised access.

ReasyPort may perform scheduled maintenance, unplanned updates, or infrastructure changes that temporarily affect platform availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance where feasible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ReasyPort's liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes, without limitation, liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; gross negligence or wilful misconduct; and any liability or consumer right that may not be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

Subject to the following, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReasyPort and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on content published on the platform, including report content, market data, third-party information, or any other material.

In no event shall ReasyPort's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount you have paid to ReasyPort during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €50 where no such payments have been made.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain categories of damages. In such jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ReasyPort reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive to other users or to the platform.
• Attempted circumvention of access controls, security systems, or access verification mechanisms.
• Non-payment of applicable fees or disputed chargebacks.
• Any other reason that ReasyPort, in its reasonable discretion, considers a legitimate ground for action.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

You may also terminate your use of the platform at any time by closing your account through account settings.

ReasyPort may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance — for example, via in-app notice or email.

Your continued use of the platform after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and, if applicable, end any future premium access before the effective date.

These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ReasyPort is registered and operates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, where the provider operates. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

For any complaint, you can contact the provider directly at legal@reasyport.com; we aim to address complaints promptly and in good faith. If you are a consumer and a dispute cannot be resolved this way, you may refer the matter to the competent authorities or to an authorised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in Italy.
