This information applies to consumers buying a ReasyPort subscription at a distance. Turning off renewal and exercising withdrawal are different procedures.
No reason is required. Do not enter card details or identity documents. Receipt does not mean a refund has already been issued; we will review the contract without changing the notice date.
Available when subscriptions launch. The free preview has no charges or refunds. For existing contracts, the email contact below remains available.
As a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the subscription contract. Immediate access alone does not waive this right. Sending notice before the deadline is sufficient. More protective local law remains applicable.
Send an explicit withdrawal statement by email to the address below, with your account email, plan and order date. You may use the optional form below. Keep a copy of your message. Turning off renewal in your account is not, by itself, a withdrawal notice.
For a valid withdrawal, we will refund payments received for the contract without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a refund fee. Access under the withdrawn subscription will end. Mandatory rights for non-conforming services remain unaffected.
You may turn off automatic renewal in your account at any time. Access normally lasts until the end of the paid period, without an automatic refund for unused time. To withdraw in the first 14 days, explicitly contact us as above.
