Management is prioritizing brand choice, product innovation, marketing, and productivity savings. Each strategic business unit manages global brand strategy, product upgrades, innovation, marketing plans, and supply-chain execution. The key operating dependency is maintaining strong relationships with retailers and reliable manufacturing and supply arrangements so products remain available where consumers shop. Fiscal year 2026 organic sales grew 1% while organic volume was unchanged, showing that pricing contributed to growth while demand volume remained an important constraint. Investors should therefore focus on whether P&G converts brand strength and retail access into sustained volume growth and profitable sales.
