Many families split between countries stay in touch by adding credit to a relative's phone abroad or buying cheap international calls. IDT sells exactly that through its largest business, Traditional Communications. Its Boss Revolution calling service is sold mainly to immigrant communities in the United States and Canada. The segment also carries international calls and texts for other phone companies, and still brings in most of IDT's sales. Three smaller businesses surround it: Boss Money lets customers send money abroad, National Retail Solutions runs screens inside shops, and net2phone sells internet-based phone, messaging and video services, some powered by AI, to small and mid-sized businesses.
